You walk into your pet’s cancer center, and you are immediately greeted with your name and a warm smile. Your dog runs right to his favorite nurse for a snack, and you check him in without any concern. When he’s in with the nurse, the reception area is yours alone. It’s comfortable, with relaxing music and adorable portraits of current patients framed on the walls. You settle into your seat, grab a refreshment, hook up to Wi-Fi, and relax or get some work done while a team you trust administers your dog’s chemo treatment. Less than an hour after your arrival, your pup runs out to you, excited and safe. You chat with your dog’s oncologist, get a clear report of the appointment, and head out to enjoy the rest of your day.
